Hi Folks!
It is very Easy to lose weight.
You have to Awaken your Consciousness.
You can start by taking a look at yourself in the mirror and say, "Who do I want to be?"
Think real hard, search deep within oneself and contemplate, "How do I want to feel, and look?"
" How do other people perceive me?"
"Do I care about my health?"
"If I am in excellent health can I care for others I love, like my spouse,partner, friends and family."
One basic thing you have to remember is, "You are what you eat." A quote we all must of heard when we were kids. another one is "Your body is a temple."
Do you want to take the first step to weight loss? It begins with "Mind over Matter" Try an experiment, use yourself as a guinea pig.
This is a test which will challenge you but it could be the key to open the door for you to lose weight! So try it its free!
You have to find these materials:
1.Pen, Notebook, or journal.
2.If you have a computer you can use it as a journal to write in also store it in a office program.
3.If you don't have access to any of these items you probably could use someone Else's ear. This would be harder to do!
4.Last a mirror. Hardest of all.
So did you find your materials? Good. Here is the next step:
It is time to eat. When you decide to prepare food that you will consume.
You MUST every time you are about to put anything into your mouth think. Is this good for me? What are the ingredients? Read the Label.
If any food you are about to consume has more than 4 ingredients you MUST write everything down in a journal. You MUST keep a record of all of it.
This is Hard, You will say, "I don't have time for this!"
I will say, Ya right but when will your time end? How long can you keep up with bad eating habits that inevitably will lead to your demise? When are YOU going to start to take control of your life and do something about it. Now is the time to improve your quality of life! You can make it very easy! I do every day I changed my eating habits permanently. IT is a life change!
Here is how it can be easy. Just eat foods that have less than 4 ingredients and you wont have to write anything down!
Example: Choose one of the following, Let's make healthy Choices!
A.Carrot Salad, Ingredients: Chopped Carrots, Raisins, Tumeric, vinegar
B.Hostess Muffin Loaf, Ingredients:Sugar, Soybean oil,whole eggs,Modified corn starch,enriched bleached wheat flour,reduced iron,water,corn syrup,salt,sodium,stearoyl,lactylate,sorbitan,monostearate,calcium,acetate,nonfat milk,xanthan gum,guar gum,polysorbate 60,propylene glycol,soy flour,tricalcium phosphate,blueberries,pectin,citric acid,sodium citrate,glucose,corn cereal,modified wheat starch,partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening,contains one or more of soybean or cottonseed oil, butter,soy lecithin,cornstarch,carmel color,tumeric color,natural and artificialflavors,sorbic acid to retain freshness,b vitamins,niacin,thiamine,momonitrate,B1,riboflavin,B2,folic acid,FD&Cblue 1 red 40
C.Miso Soup Ingredients: soybeans,rice,salt,water
D. Avocado
E. Tangerine
How many people picked B? If you picked B you must be a glutton for punishment!
Try this experiment, see how you do. It could help you to just think before you eat!
Every time you have to write out all of the ingredients you also have to write a paragraph on justifying why you consumed the food.
This exercise will be a great way to get you to master the "Mind over Matter Skill and it will get easier and easier if you just have control. This method will help you stay focused if you follow the rules. Anything that has more than 4 ingredients you must write it down.
After you have written down your ingredients read what you have written contemplate. How do I feel after eating these foods? So there is something to get you started.
